Raymond Whitten has extensive experience in running public companies and Government bodies.
Ray was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in 1972 and was previously President of the City of Sydney Law Society.
Ray was Chairman of the National Stock Exchange when it listed on the ASX. Ray was formerly Deputy Chairman of the Safety, Return to Work and Support Board and was previously Chair of the Motor Accidents Authority, Chair of the Workers Compensation and Work Health and Safety Council, Deputy Chair of the Workers Compensation Insurance Fund Investment Board and a Director of the WorkCover NSW Board.
Ray is currently Chairman of Whittens & McKeough, an Australian law firm which specialises in small and mid-market public company work, in particular for clients listed on the ASX.
